Dear Kelly, Brian & Andrea,

Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with my new home. Small and compact, it's the perfect place for me. The kitchen area is perfectly lovely. Cabinet color perfect, updated appliances, a delight, and a perfect setting for my new life-style.

Fitted to my specifications, all is well. The large shower, laundry center, and closet space are just what I wanted.

Your prompt attention to the few problems inherent with the new construction were above and beyond normal expectations. And Brian's construction work on the entrance steps is perfect.

All in all, your and your team have made me very happy.
